This traveler insurance provides annual medical insurance when traveling outside the home country.
It provides coverage for individuals and families (including unmarried dependent child(ren) over fourteen (14) days and under nineteen (19) years of age).
Wander Frequent Traveler Benefits
$1,000,000 per period of coverage.
Age 65 to 75 traveling inside the United States: are limited to $50,000.
Age 70 to 75 traveling outside the United States: are limited to $100,000.
Deductible: $250 per person per covered trip
For treatment received inside the US and Canada:
After you pay the deductible, the program pays 90% of the next $5,000 of eligible expenses, then 100% to the selected Medical Maximum.
For treatment received outside the US and Canada:
After you pay the deductible, the program pays 100% to the selected Medical Maximum.
Benefit Period: 90 days.
Eligibility: WanderSM Frequent Traveler provides coverage, for individuals and families (including unmarried dependent child(ren) over fourteen (14) days and under nineteen (19) years of age) while traveling outside of their Home Country.
Waiver of Pre-Existing Conditions: Up to $20,000 for U.S. citizens traveling outside the United States & Canada.
Home country coverage: $5,000.
Trip interruption: Up to $5,000.
Lost luggage: Up to $500 per item of personal property.
Accidental death & dismemberment: $25,000 principal sum for insured or insured spouse, $5,000 for dependent child(ren), $250,000 maximum per family.
Common carrier accidental death: $50,000 per adult, $25,000 per child(ren) under age of 18; $250,000 maximum per family.
Coma benefits: $50,000.
Felonious assault benefit: $10,000.
Other Emergency Care:
Emergency Medical Evacuation: Up to $1,000,000.
Return of Mortal Remains: Up to $50,000.
Political Evacuation: Up to $50,000.
Emergency Reunion: $50,000.
Return of minor children: $50,000.
